Most of the photos in this series are action photographs using some of the most beautiful scenery in the world as a backdrop. Includes a brief history of BC Rail and its predecessors, Pacific Great Eastern and British Columbia Railway. The Action photos in this series will nearly fill the page with a full color photograph. There are also some roster type photos that will be about 5.5 ” wide by about 3.75 ” tall. All images are in full color and there are over 150 photos in all and include detailed captions.

There is also roster information: class, builder, road number(s), build date, disposition during the period covered by each volume for all included models.

There are also some maps to give the reader of station locations and other interesting information along each subdivision. Next to each map segment is the corresponding segment of the timetable.

BC Rail began June 1984 and ended in July 2004. Volume One covers June 1984 through December 1987.
